Ode To Rosa Parks

This week Rosa Parks died at the age of 92. In honor of the mother of the civil rights movement I wrote a couple haikus.

You sat on the bus

The bus driver got angry

You got your ass beat

Thanks for everything

Now we can't use the N word

Too bad for Klansmen

You sure died this week

You lay in the Rotunda

That is fucking sweet

The leaves are now red

My grandma eats chicken soup

You were pretty cool

Ok, that's all I got. But in all seriousness, Rosa Parks did a world of good, and she deserves to be honored.
